VEDAINV operates completely without an internet connection by storing data securely in a local SQLite database. Your invoices, customer transactions, stock books, and cash registers remain strictly on your physical device. This makes the billing process incredibly fast and immune to network outages.
To protect your records, VEDAINV features a custom Google Drive Auto-Sync system. Whenever you update stock, log a payment, or generate a sale bill, the app compiles a compressed ZIP backup package containing the SQLite database and item images. It uploads it to your Google Drive in the background and restores it instantly when logging in on a new device.

Yes! VEDAINV operates 100% offline. An internet connection is only needed to connect/sign in to your Google Drive account for backups, and to register the product license code.
Once you authorize the app to access your Google Drive (using the safe drive.file permission), VEDAINV automatically compresses the SQLite database and photos and saves them as a backup archive. This happens in the background when modifications occur, and downloads automatically on login.
Absolutely. The app features a multi-company dashboard. You can create multiple independent company workspaces and switch between them in one click.
Yes. Because your transaction data is stored locally in SQLite files on your storage hardware, no third-party can access your private client invoices, sales records, or stock ledger metrics.
